Guess who just rose to the challenge of making 80 servings of sorbetto for a Relief Society activity? ME!
I'm actually excited about this. Aside from the occasional snarky comment, I don't contribute much to the ward. Plus, the hours devoted to 5 batches of sorbetto will probably make up for skipping so much church, right? Anyhow, I'm having fun pricing out various flavors to save them the most money (as well saving myself the most time).
But most of all, I'm looking forward to the glory. The sweet, sweet glory that comes from mass-producing a simple recipe and looking like a genius because I call it sorbetto.
BWAHAHAHAHAHA.
